Editorial ReviewIrontown Homes provides a wide variety of quality modular homes. These homes are available direct to consumers which is unusual but helpful in that in helps gives consumers bargaining power with local builders. Needless to say local builders don't like this. Irontown also encourages customization which is again not usual but a good benefit to home buyers. We feel Irontown Homes is a good option for home buyers within 300 miles of their factory. This is a good solid choice for mid range to upper scale home buyers.

While I was initially quite excited about Irontown, I can't even get a quote out of them. After one month of promises that I'll have pricing 'tomorrow,' they barely answer the phone. This company is either going out of business or in the middle of some major transition. Either way, I don't think I would place an order with them at this point.

In the future, Mr. Nebel, we will strive to improve our Architectural/Dealer programming. As we explained to you in the beginning of our -conversations it was a pilot program. WE TYPICALLY SELL DIRECT TO THE CONSUMER.
