Editorial ReviewHi-Tech Housing builds manufactured mobile homes and modular homes. Their mobile homes are very good for the manufactured home industry. Unfortunately their modular homes are ok but seem to be lacking when you compare them with other modular home manufacturers. They look like improved mobile homes and not like true custom built homes. Still if you do not have a big budget you should consider them since their modular homes are good for the entry level home buyer.

I LOVE MY HOME BUT WINDOWS AND ROOF NOT SO GOOD. IT WAS BUILT IN 6/17/1992 SERIAL NO IS ALHIN64281112A/B THE WINDOWS SOME OF THEM ARE ALL FOG UP AND CRACK CAN YOU GIVE SOME INFORMATION AND THE ROOF WAS IT 30 YR SHINGLE
