I also do 6 month, 1 year, and 3 year follow ups with my customers and have not had any complaints. The materials used to build a home from the inside out is what sets Hi-Tech apart from any of it's competition. I have also visited many factories over the years and Hi-Tech employees from white collar to blue collar all have great attitudes and enjoy what they do and if you ever visit the plant you will not leave there with any unanswered questions. Hi-Tech has been very adaptable to any floor plan that I put in front of them. Also, the quality of the homes built is phenomenal. IT WAS BUILT IN 6/17/1992 SERIAL NO IS ALHIN64281112A/B THE WINDOWS SOME OF THEM ARE ALL FOG UP AND CRACK CAN YOU GIVE SOME INFORMATION AND THE ROOF WAS IT 30 YR SHINGLE
