I have been in my house 10 years. It took 8 for me to get all my permits on a site given to me but subject to wet lands. I guess I have known Roland for 18 years. We still love our house. He was the most informed person of all those I spoke to and the only one willing to help me over all of the years of permit adversity. We changed the house numerous times and he never complained. Frankly, after 8 years he was the only one still in business of all of the suppliers and contractors I started with. Being in business for over 30 years, under the same name and with an excellent track record, should give dealing with Hallmark a great degree of confidence and comfort. I have recommended Hallmark often to friends and neighbors.

I'm an investor. Searched for a good modular company and found the best. Bought 2 houses from Hallmark. They were there to help me with issues not even part of the modular. Great service and they always answer the phone in person.

Website charges $25.00 for pricing of their modulars, and that includes 50 pre-set plans. You can also get three free price estimates for the three floorplans you select if you fill out the information card and let the dreaded salesman contact you. Information above needs to be corrected.

Since we pride ourselves to professional� follow up, YES a representative will call to further explain and help with the specifics regarding such a major investment. The $25 investment will reward the client with a $375+ dishwasher included with the delivery of the home, or if the client is not satisfied with the information received, we shall cheerfully refund the $25.00.
