Editorial ReviewGenesis Homes is part of the very large Champion network. They build a wide variety of homes and these homes are mostly average. They are a safe bet but not necessarily the best choice. It is hard to rate a company that is so big. Our mystery shopper reports that their website looks nice and professional but it is hard to find specific information or a way to contact them. The customer service page on the website is four lines long and has no contact form. We think that is reason enough to move on and look elsewhere.
