Editorial ReviewGeneral Housing is an average provider of modular homes. Their homes are well built but lack some of the extras that other modular home manufacturers provide. Their homes are really only option for entry level home buyers and will probably leave mid-range to upper scale home buyers unsatisfied. Our mystery shopper reports that their website does have some good information but it is very hard to navigate and that it seems they are more interested in talking with builders than home buyers. Hopefully their attention will change to be more customer oriented.
