Editorial ReviewDynamic Homes focuses on custom modular homes for the mid range home buyers. They are the leading supplier for the Minnesota area. Their floor plans and home styles will blend in nicely in any neighborhood and will match or surpass stick-built home construction. They are a pleasure to review. Their website does have alot of information and is pretty but a little hard to navigate. Hopefully they will fix that. But that is our biggest complain about them. They are a good choice for any modular home buyer in or near Minnesota.

I have been after them to fix the seem where the house came together for a year now. Everytime they tell me someone else needs to come out and fix it. They replaced the sliding glass door frame cuz the sil plate was broke. Now that they have fixed it I have mold growing on the frame and cant get anyone to call me back.

The home we ordered came in 4 sections and it is very well built. We dealt with Alex. Homes and they did an excellent job of showing us many options and ideas. They lined us up with a local contractor, PDT Construction of Elbow Lake, MN.. and they did a great job of finishing off the home. We were very pleased with the entire process and finished product.

Our builder did not finish the project before closing and now we are living in a house that has undone projects. We have contacted the president of the company and he won't do anything, saying the contractors are indepdent.
