Editorial ReviewIn our opinion, Custom Touch Homes has been providing manufactured mobile homes to the South Dakota area and has expanded but they do not focus on modular homes. They can create a modular home in its expanded facility in Madison, South Dakota. We hope they will spend more time developing their modular home offerings and improving them. This is an option for the economy home buyers and possibly even the mid range home buyers but we have some questions if they can satisfy the more demanding tastes of upper scale home buyers.
