Avis America is an above average manufacturer of modular homes and Custom Modular Designs provided our mystery shopper great customer service. The same day our mystery shopper asked for information they mailed a very thick package of helpful information. We have a high level of confidence with Custom Modular Designs satisfying home buyers within their service area. The only area of concern is that they are not closer to the factory in Pennsylvania but they are still within the acceptable transportation range.
