Editorial ReviewCavco focuses on manufactured mobile homes and is one of the bigger suppliers for mobile homes. Their modular home selection is very limited. They are focused more on quantity and less on quality which is probably why their modular options are limited. Until we hear more positive details we are not very confident in them. You should compare them with other manufacturers whose primary focus is modular homes and not as a secondary offering. It also not a good sign when a mystery shopper has a bad experience with the company.

Cavco was very willing to work with us on customization. We ordered four modulars: three off frame and one on. They arrived with structural issues and only three cosmetic cracks. I have never seen anything like it in the industry. Service immediately fixed every item upon final inspection without one squabble. There product is far superior to any of the other 15 brands I have ever sold or bought.
