Editorial ReviewBill Lake Home Construction is an above average modular home manufacturer in New York. Their building specifications are good. We wish we saw more examples of their customization work. The people we spoke with had positive things to say about Bill Lake Homes. Their website does not seem to have much content on it but that was ok to our mystery shopper since they answered immediately the questions that were submitted via their contact form. We feel they would be best matched with mid range and upper scale home buyers. If that matches your situation then you should consider this modular home manufacturer. Stop by and attend one of their factory tours which help homebuyers see their workmanship and better understand the modular building process.
