Editorial ReviewBeracah Homes is an average modular home provider with a wide variety of floorplans that can be customized for any specific neighborhood you are considering. They are a good option for home buyers looking to build in the Delmarva region. We suggest you visit their factory for a tour. We have heard some mixed reviews but we feel that is more a reflection of a few less experienced builders. As with any modular home, it is very important to make sure your local builder can properly prepare for and finish the modules when they are shipped to your building site.
